R-Motions doesn't just make versatile cablecams or motorised tracking systems for machinery, we also make intelligent systems for prestigious customers! Here, a 2-D moving video surveillance camera system for a factory belonging to the American group Schlumberger.
With this project, we gave our customer the benefit of our know-how in terms of moving images on rails, motorised vertical movement that retains position, knowledge of complex environments, and also in terms of ergonomics thanks to our plug & play solutions that are easy to install and use: 1 On / Off button and a 2-direction joystick.
The customer gave us a quick specification and we supplied them with a turnkey product enabling them to move any type of video surveillance camera. In our case, we used their standard: Dahua cameras. In this way, the customer retains control over its image network management, but brings an innovative, vibration-free moving camera system (no need for gyro-stabilisation) to its customer. Technicians therefore benefit from perfect moving image quality for working and improving their processes.
